Booking
Bookings to be made on fresha, the link is on my website and also my social media pages. The booking will ask new clients for a deposit to secure your appointment and also protect the business from ‘no shows’ as appointments fill up fast.
Cancellations
We understand that life, sickness and emergencies happen.
if you are unable to make your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 24 hours or any no shows will result in a charge for 50% of the amount of your service you booked. You will not be able to rebook until this has been paid.
I stand by my business and profession, I also have a home and family i provide for so people cancelling last minute not only effects my business but also i loose out. I am self employed so i sickness and holidays are unpaid for me, which is why my working hours are very precious.
