Terms and Conditions For Love Laser & Skin Clinic
General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients of Love Laser Ltd.
By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Consultations
A consultation is required prior to most treatments to assess suitability, medical history, and treatment goals.
The Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Information provided by the client must be complete and accurate. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or medications may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
Treatments
All treatments are performed by a qualified practitioner in accordance with professional and safety standards.
Individual results may vary, and the Clinic makes no guarantees regarding treatment outcomes.
A treatment plan may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided to minimize risks and enhance results.
Risks and Liability
All aesthetic and laser treatments carry some risk, including but not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, pigmentation changes, burns, or scarring.
The practitioner will explain potential risks during the consultation.
By proceeding with treatment, the client acknowledges and accepts these risks.
The Clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes where aftercare instructions are not followed or where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical information.
Payments and Refunds
Payment must be made in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Package treatments must be paid upfront on the first session or as per an agreed payment plan.
Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments.
Refunds for prepaid packages will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the Clinic’s discretion.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if appointments are rescheduled with sufficient notice (see section 6).
Cancellations and Rescheduling
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of a deposit or a cancellation fee.
Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be refused future bookings.
Clients who fail to pay the cancellation fee will not be able to rebook a treatment until done so.
Age Policy
Clients must be at least 18 years old to undergo treatment, unless otherwise agreed with parental/guardian consent and where legally permitted.
Confidentiality and Privacy
The Clinic complies with applicable data protection laws.
Personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatment.
Contraindications and Health Conditions#
Certain health conditions or medications may contraindicate treatment.
Clients must inform the Clinic of any changes in health status or medications before each treatment session.
